At Dream Big Living, our service has been rigorously developed to offer first class provision for vulnerable young people moving into adulthood and independence. With the personal passion and drive from our Directors and the invaluable input from our Advisory Board, we have produced a bespoke, therapeutically focused, young person centred service with high standards.
24 HOUR SUPPORT
Young people are assigned a therapeutically trained Key Worker, who are fully qualified with enhanced DBS and receive regular training and supervision to ensure the service delivered is outstanding. We believe that the relationship between the key worker and the young person is crucial for a successful placement and our team work hard to build positive bonds based on communication, trust and honesty.

Accommodation is manned 24 hours with day and night supervisors
PREMIUM ACCOMMODATION
Our properties are fully furnished with Wi-Fi, TV and Netflix included in our package.  Communal areas are designed to be therapeutic and relaxing. Good transport links is important to us, so that our young people have access to key services. As such we only provide accommodation that satisfies this requirement. All accommodations are fitted with CCTV outside the property and in communal areas to ensure the highest level of safety and security for our young people and staff.
BUILDING FUTURES
We aim to provide the tools and opportunities to empower our young people to become outstanding and upstanding members of our community. This is done through career and education advice and support and also the key worker meetings, where character and self esteem building is high on the agenda. Young people follow a specific program which focusses on transition and life skills.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
We regularly review the service we provide to ensure that our quality remains outstanding. Staff training is current and relevant to the post and every all member receive annual safety guarding training.
In addition, we have an advisory board consisting of professionals with a broad rang of experience, who feed knowledge and advice into our service to ensure we offer a well rounded provsion.
SPECIALIST SUPPORT
We work with agencies and bodies such as colleges and CAMHS to ensure that our young people receive continuous support.Â
Our team are trained to identify needs not yet picked up and will act swiftly and accordingly to ensure our young people can access the services available to them.
